WheelBook software license and terms

1. What you receive

A license to use WheelBook software for personal record keeping. No investment, financial or tax advice, certified calculations, brokerage services or physical goods are provided.

2. Personal license

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one user. You may use the software on your own devices and export your own records. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the software or a substantial part of it, in original or modified form, or remove ownership notices. Your trade records remain yours.

3. Payments and access

Gumroad is the reseller and merchant of record; its transaction terms apply. Monthly membership is $12, yearly membership $99, and Founding Lifetime is $79 for the first 50 purchases. No guaranteed future features or release dates. Free access includes one open cycle; paid access includes unlimited cycles. If you cancel, paid access continues until the end of the paid period and then returns to Free; an ended or failed subscription returns to Free at its end date; a refund or dispute returns access to Free on the next license verification. Local data is never deleted.

4. Refunds

14-day no-questions refund. Contact support@scrapbuilt.com. Refunds end paid access.

5. Data and responsibilities

Data stays in your browser. You are responsible for import review, accurate records, backups and legal compliance. Browser clearing or device loss can erase your data. Optional encrypted backups cannot be recovered without your passphrase. You must be an adult to purchase.

6. Warranty and liability

Software is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness or non-infringement to the extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost records or trading losses; total liability is limited to the amount paid. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Ownership and general terms

© 2026 ScrapBuilt. All rights not granted are reserved. Prohibited redistribution terminates the software license. Governing law: Utah, USA. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands. These terms and the privacy policy form the software agreement.
